Our small business, based in Seattle, WA, was founded in 2019 when we noticed a serious shortage of modern, sustainable cleaning options for the home and personal care. As avid users of ethical products, we observed a pattern—products rooted in back to basics which are hard to use. Determined to create innovative and easy-to-use solutions, we set out to develop new products that don't compromise on being "good for the planet" and easy to use.

Our aim is to offer modern, carbon-negative products that are meticulously developed and tested for efficacy and ease of use. What makes our products unique? They are easy to use, and carbon-negative. We love using our own products daily and knowing they support carbon reduction projects. Sharing that with our customers is an incredible gift.

Our toilet strips are packed in 100% recyclable, FSC-certified cardboard pouches. Extremely small and lightweight, they are low-profile and super easy to store. Ditching the sticky liquid, our cruelty-free, vegan, carbon-negative, fragrance-free, plastic-free, and dye-free strips undergo no animal testing.

Our auditors at Clean Earth Collective analyzed our complete supply chain, including manufacturing, freight shipping, and shipping direct to your door. We then buffered that value by 30% and doubled it to achieve a carbon-negative status for every Lazy Coconuts product. The environment is our #1 priority, and we are constantly searching for new ways to become a more environmentally responsible company.

We created Compact by Design to identify products that, while they may not always look very different, have a more efficient design. With the removal of excess air and water, products require less packaging and become more efficient to ship. At scale, these small differences in product size and weight lead to significant carbon emission reductions.

Our toilet strips are DEEP CLEAN, with natural lemon and tea tree essential oils, leaving your toilet clean and fresh. They are SEPTIC SAFE, as our sheets are 100% biodegradable and safe for your septic system. The PLASTIC-FREE packaging is 100% FSC-certified cardboard, sourced from sustainable sources. The strips are earth-friendly, biodegradable, and plastic-free. Lastly, they are EASY TO USE AND STORE, with each pack being extremely thin (~0.6") and easy to store. When you need to clean, simply tear a strip and drop it in, better than tablets and pods!
